Patrick Spinedi

Managing Director

Patrick Spinedi followed legal studies at the University of Geneva until 1993 and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1996.

Following one year as an Assistant at the University of Lausanne, joined Pictet&Cie as a Legal Advisor for the HR department. In this function Patrick set up all legal documents and systems for the employees of the Pictet Group working in Switzerland and Internationally.

In 2006 Patrick was approached by Lombard Odier&Cie to take responsibility of the Private Banking HR function. Patrick was responsible for various activities including the recruitment ofPrivate Bankers for the Swiss, Latin America, Middle-East as well as Eastern Europe/CIS markets. Participated in spearheading activities on the African and Israeli markets.

Since 1993 Patrick Spinedi is an active Judge at the Labour Court of Geneva. Patrick has published various books & articles and preparing to publish a further paper by the end of 2015 titled “Evolution Of The Rules Applying To The Remuneration And Bonuses In Switzerland”.

Wealth Advisor

The Senior Wealth Advisor is the principal contact with the client. This individual will have a broad and deep understanding of sophisticated wealth management practices and investment strategies. The Senior Wealth Advisor is responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationships and leading in the development of new client relationships. Duties include managing the delivery of the wealth management services to the client. This will involve maintaining regular communication with the client, and working in consultation with the client’s other advisors. In addition, this position will oversee a group of client support personnel, including analysts and administrators in delivering investment management, tax, financial planning, and other pertinent financial services.

Key Qualifications:

• CFP® certification with 5-7 years of experience in working with clients delivering financial planning, including producing and presenting the financial plans.
• Adhere to 100% passive investment philosophy and fee-only comprehensive planning approach
• Degree from a 4 year accredited University in finance, financial planning, accounting, or economics, etc.
• Ideally a post-graduate degree such as a Master’s, MBA, CIIA or CFA.
• Fluency in English, French and or German.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

Investment Advisor

The Investment Advisor is responsible for achieving the fiscal and financial goals of the clients. The individual will have the ability to combine analytical skills with comprehensive fiscal knowledge and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive impact/mission related investment expertise. Duties include activating non-managed accounts and creating a strong link between the activities of the investment Platform and the needs of the SRMs, providing support to the SRMs in their business development activities by creating the most appropriate investment solutions tailor-made for the needs of the clients and overseeing non-centralized discretionary mandates with ultimate goal to minimize operational risk.

Senior Relationship Manager

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing client- business relationships. The individual will have the responsibility for managing HNWI and UHNWI client relationships autonomously, developing account plans, delivering proposals and most importantly contributing to the growth of the portfolio by acquiring new client relationships. Duties include ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction between the bank and its clients, developing creative solutions for existing clients, designing plans to achieve financial and fiscal goals of the clients, creating strategies to combat potential revenue losses and travel internationally to meet with clients.
